So I ordered something from Savvy on Sunday. Savvy got the package out the door to UPS on Monday. The package is at a UPS hub in Ontario, CA. UPS customer service cant tell me when it may be delivered. They had a power failure Monday, and they still cant find my package. So far every time I called for customer service some lady from out of the country answers the phone that I cant understand and proceeds to tell me it may be in transit.
