If this wasn’t an actual company I would think I was getting scammed they will never get my business again. The fact that you've been waiting that long is deeply concerning, that's for sure.

Y'all are making me a slight bit nervous. I just placed an order through Amazon Prime for a new Bestop Replacement top. Knock on wood, I haven't really ever had a problem with any orders in the past.
Supposed to be here Saturday. We'll see. I know this virus thing has really thrown a wrench in the works for a lot businesses.
To start with, I can't tell you how many times they've listed something as in-stock, only for me to order it, have them charge my card, and then get an email the next day saying that it's actually not in stock and on backorder.
This happened to me just last week with tail lights. They shipped one and told me the other one might ship out August 21st. What am I going to do with one tail light?
Yep, that sort of stuff really pisses me off. Like you said, what are you going to do with one?
Morris is already on the shit list here.
The guys who run that company are idiots who don’t deserve any business. Far better companies out there to do business with.
This has nothing to do with COVID, Morris was like this long before COVID.
Stay away from Morris, Quadratec, and Extreme Terrain. Use Amazon Prime and Northridge.
This is correct, also AutoAnything really sucks. If you scroll to the bottom of Morris4x4, you can see "Bestop Morris LLC ". Bestop owns a lot of Jeep related companies that you wouldn't necessarily think they did. I'm surprised that Morris wouldn't have great service on anything Bestop if they are owned by them (could be wrong, but it sure seems they are).
I've never ordered anything from Morris so I'm in the clear thankfully. I try to stay away from those "Walmart supercenter" Jeep stores.
EDIT: You can see in this article that Bestop does in fact own Morris. Interesting considering how good of service Bestop provides.

EDIT2: Looks like Bestop then sold Morris to AutoAnything in March of this year. AutoAnything is a PE owned company.
