so, have an xd9000 and I noticed when winding the cable back into the winch out in the field that at about halfway back in the motor return speed seemed a little uneven at one place in the rotation. Yesterday I unspooled it completely to reload the cable under tension pulling the jeep up a slight incline and again after around half the cable was in the spool my winch again adopted a slight change in speed at one small point in the rotation and then maintained that same rythmitic pace until fully spooled. I'm wondering if this is a sign something is asking for attention, or is this normal and not a concern?
