What did you do to your TJ today?

Got some things done last weekend in preparation for this coming weekend. Going to hang with some buggy folks. Need to reach deep down and find my inner Garrett to keep up with them.
Getting the air tank bolted up underneath the Jeep. In the process, I ran across something rather odd. I'm using 3/8" hardware with nylok nuts. BUT - I had to temporarily use some conventional nuts I dug out of the bolt box to hold things in place while getting everything situated. When I went to remove the conventional nuts, turns out one of them wasn't a 9/16" wrench size. Wasn't a 5/8" either - turns out it was 15mm. The nut in question had some surface rust on it, probably came off of the Jeep in the first place - but what's up with an SAE bolt size with a metric wrench size?

Has anyone tried a set of cheap seat warmers? I had a gift card so I ordered this one off Amazon.

Mine came from amazon and were pretty cheap. I think mine was Watercarbon brand or something like that. Only issue I've had is one switch quit working. got another switch just like it from amazon and swapped it out.

Got the compressor tank mounted - a minor pain in the ass, I'm a big guy and there's just no room under the Jeep. Jacking it up as shown only helped slightly. I ended up having to get my wife to help, and I put temporary fasteners to hold the tank so I could get the jack that was holding the tank up out of the way. Then it was just a slow and tedious job to get everything in place and secured.
I'm hoping that the heat exchanger and water separator combination will reduce the amount of moisture going into the tank. The air will still be pretty hot from the compressor by the time it gets to the exchanger, hopefully that'll cool it enough to precipitate at least some of the water - time will tell. I installed a cord actuated drain valve.
Now to connect the tank to the rest of the compressor system...

Yeah I'm always craicing off , I guess it's the Irish in me ! LOL !
I drove it for the first time after finishing a body and paint job. I have a lot to do yet but it's back on the road.

Devised a keyless console latch and modded the plunger-
Was missing the cylinder and latch -
Amazoned it.
I use my under seat box for valuables.

Smart to do, you are better off to leave glove box and center console unlocked, they will just break it to get in.
