Not that far north… eh !!!
We call it the far north because it’s quite away from a lot of big cities and even though it’s a short distance on the map it takes ages to get there because the roads are narrow and winding.
Replaced the PCM in my '06 LJ with one from Wranglerfix. Shift problem, rough idle and O2 codes gone. My wife was a non-believer, I let her drive it first after the swap, she came back with a big smile on her face. A big thanks to Mark and his team.
Painted the axle, repainted the rear bumper, removed the exhaust and started hacking off control arm mounts
Drove it in the pouring rain 🌧, really glad I put the windows back in yesterday

Finalized my Rugged Radio intercom position and staged the headset cables using the MOLLE webbing. Wanted the volume knob and vox knobs close at hand while still having quick and easy access to the rear and it's connections. Wish they made a model with the volume knob on a remote cable so I could bury it in the dash like my Midland GMRS and Uniden CB (both have RJ45 connections on the dash for their headsets.)
Couple of Viair 485cs should be here tomorrow so started researching how I wanted to install them and ordered a Carling switch from ch4x4. Morr air kit arrived and the qds are the same as my current air tools...so win!

well at 8 pm I decided to fix the sliding mechanism on my passenger front seat.
When I installed my little sub under the seat it stopped the seat being pushed back as far as it can go….. (didn’t worry me as I never sit in the passenger seat )
This is now turning into a bigger job than I wanted it to beit’s 11pm now I’ll finish it off tomorrow.
