Not legal. But again, where I live, it’s more of a “grey area”. Don’t get pulled over and it’s really no sweat. Also. 35% isn’t really that dark when the windshield is this flat. The same 35% looks way darker on my truck. Will get a pic for comparison.

Today was the day I was waiting for … Arthurs pass… it takes you from the east coast to the West Coast of the South Island. Still a lil bit if snow on the mountains.

This viaduct was built in 1999 so the gorge will stay open even in heavy snow in winter. The bird isa Kea… they are attracted to rubber and if you leave your car for too long they will attack your wipers and rubber windshield surround. … lil bastards

After my trip the other day I noticed my rear output shaft is leaking again. I had it fixed and they just replaced the seal. Never fixed the issue. I read the TSB on fixing it and nobody around here is qualified to work on Jeeps. No way I can fix it where I live (HOA). Not sure what to do now. Parked it for now.

NV-241 Transfer Case Fluid Seepage From Area Of Rear Output Shaft Retainer


OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves the replacement of the NV-241 transfer case rear output
shaft retainer/extension housing and related seals.


MODELS:
2003 - 2004 (TJ) Wrangler
NOTE: This bulletin applies to Rubicon vehicles equipped with a NV-241 transfer
case (sales code DHW) and built prior to March 01, 2004 (MDH 0201XX).


SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The customer may notice fluid seepage (ATF+4) coming from the NV-241 transfer
case. Upon closer inspection the fluid seepage may be coming from the rear output
shaft retainer/extension area. The cause of the seepage may be the interface
between the rear output shaft seal to the rear retainer/extension.
