What did you do to your TJ today?

Lol I’m just happy the cord isn't spilling over the shifter. Only took 4 years to make the big move.

Plagiarism is the best form of flattery - so If I steal it when I put my interior back together, know it's because that's a good idea. (I may go through a perm in the dash to my mount - but if I don't go that route, this is a great idea!)

I would put it in the lower USB port in the double-output so you can keep one open for when the passenger needs to plug in cable to charge - but that's also easy to change in real time.

Haha I don’t think plagiarizing a usb adaptor is even a thing…the link is there for anyone who wants to try it.

You are right about the slot. I didn’t put much thought into placement since it’s usually just me and my dog. It will move down the second I need access to the other slot.

In case you are interested, myself and another AZ member installed the brushless Spal Camaro fan from Steelcity06’s thread.

I have two coolers in the grill, and my cooling system was previously good to go unless I turned the AC on (temps would creep on me).

It’s only gotten to about 95* so far, but both of our coolant temps were good to go in the sunny heat with the AC on (temps peaked at 204* with the controller settings that Steelcity06 recommended).

We both noticed that our AC blows noticeably cold in idle and slow traffic. And, we can bump up the fan speed if we need it when things get hotter.

I’ll update the fan thread once I have summer results.

Ive seen the thread, but im in the same boat as D, the price...

Id love to see the summer results, it will probably be the next project after I fix my sloppy steering. Something popped on the drive home from work and boy its LOOSE now. Guess its time I finally replace all the ball joints :ROFLMAO:

I just snagged one of these up recently too!. Haven't had time to install but its just a clean simple little piece!! Tickles the engineer brain in me.

The plastic one was still there but showing signs of wear and since I was doing a repaint of the grill I had to remove it. Figured a new shiny object would dress the grill up even more.
