Its a BDS 2" w/ 3/4 spacer up front. I used RS55128 and RS55240.
Yuuup, I'm sitting at about 15.5 right now. I'll definitely be swapping these out for the next size up. How thick is the isolator supposed to be?I'm guessing that if you measured the total front lift (spring, spacer and isolater) at static ride height you'd be over 15" (12" is stock).
Let's look at the front. You have exposed shaft of 6" using the 128 shock. That shock has 8" of travel, so that leaves only have 2" of down travel. That shock has a compressed length of 13" so your ratio is 75/25 (up/down)
The 239 shock has a compressed length of 14.5" with 9.5" of travel. If you installed a 239 you would have around 4.5" of exposed shaft putting you close to the optimum setup of 50/50 with a 47/53 (up/down).

But on a positive note, I ended up with a near perfectly level 3" lift with no vibes.
I had slight vibes before the MML. Also, the MML pulled the eng/trans/TC forward about .5 inch (where the TC mounts) which added to reducing the angle. By leveling it out it also reduced the rear drive shaft angle a bit (so more lift in the front actually helps). I'm guessing all these little things added up and worked out in my case...except for having to replace the shocks.I just installed a 2.5 inch lift over the weekend, just the springs and shocks, ill do the control arms and sway bars and track bars little by little as time goes on.
Man your lucky with 3 inches and nothing, Right now i have minor driveline vibrations ONLY when I accelerate quickly between about 10-30 mph, I'm installing a 1 inch motor mount lift though over this weekend to correct that.

Yea, It takes longer for me to get up off the ground than it takes to swap out the shocks...getting old sucks.But that's an hour job now that you won't have any bolt problems.

Did you follow any install guides or videos? Or have you done this before? Thinking of doing the same but brand new to the Jeep community and don't wanna mess something up .I just installed my 2" lift this weekend and came in at $884.77.
This included:
4 Rancho 5000x shocks
4 BDS 2" lift springs
RC Front adjustable track bar
Rear track bar bracket
JKS Quicker Disconnects
Rusty's 1" MML, rubber (removed the little vibes I had)
3/4" front spacers (removed the rake)
I based my lift off of Codaman's recipe for an affordable lift, combined with lessons from other posters. I have never done a lift before but the TJs suspension is quite simple and easy to lift...up to a couple inches. If you go over about a 2.5 inch lift it seems there is progressively more that needs to be done to account for the short wheel base. The "hardest" part for what I did would probably be putting in the MML, that's only because you need to be careful jacking the engine, get the new mounts lined up, and modify the fan shroud...and if your mounts are still factory, the PS pump (?) is in the way of the Drivers side bolt. Muddle around this forum and you'll learn a lot from these guys. Also visit the how to guides. Glad to hear, just put the order in for the 2.5 Ranchos for my rig as wellUpdate for anyone that may care. I swapped out the 0-2 inch Ranchos and put in the 2.5 Ranchos and they are now just about mid stroke...it's almost like they were made for a 2.5-3 inch lift.
