Depending on your DIY skills you might be able to use something like an old truck bed liner if you can find a flat enough piece. Cut to shape, heat with a heat gun to make the bend in it to use a trim push pin in the factory hole on the underbody. Just an idea.
You can make one from the bottom of a laundry basket if you have to and screw it in with lathe screws. (Pan head washer screws or automotive trim screws are the same essentially)
