What is your worst top-off experience?

All joking aside I got caught in a hail storm with hail the size of golf balls and torrential downpour jeep had water up to the bottom of the seat. Had to drive on the expressway an hour home

My first car, an M38 in high school. The top was off, the windshield down but not tied down. I hit a bump in the road, the windshield came up at 40mph and the glass wrapped itself around me like a shawl.
