I'm looking for the best spark plugs for a 2005 4.0. and also what gap? I'm hearing gap is 0.35 and 0.45. I'm confused with the gap. Please enlighten me

I like to use what the jeep was born with: NGK ZFR5N. The gap I believe was .040" as that's what the FSM says, but if the sticker on your hood is still there gap em' at whatever it says. Note that the spark plug number and the gap should be on that sticker.
Also, some people have run the Autolite double platinum plugs with success, as have I, but I prefer what it came with from the factory.
