What wheel size and backspace will I need?

Crazy knobby tires there. They'll hear you coming a mile away, and somebody will say “what’s all that racket?” And when you roar by they’ll say “Datman!”

Looks or not I wouldn't go for a 10" wide wheel for tires with an advertised 12.5"width for a Jeep that goes offroad with aired down tires. The wider the wheel the more air pressure it takes to keep the tire beads seated on the wheel. Conversely the lower the pressure you can air down to safely with the narrower 8" width.

For street use only? Or very easy trails where airing down much isn't needed? A 10" wheel is fine.

Not airing down in a swamp? Doesn't make sense to me but you know your conditions better than I do.

You could always go wider if you really want a 10" rim...

Super swampers come in 33x15.5R15 and fit on a 10-12" rim. (You'd need 3.5" or less of backspace for those.)
