What's it worth?

Selling my 98 Wrangler Sahara and wondering what would be a good price to list it. Black with tan and dark green interior (but has black set covers on it), Has a Rock Crawler 4-inch lift, Drives well/runs well, engine seems good, a few things wrong typical of that age - visors broken/nonexistent, stereo kind of sucks, pains has signs of oxidation, etc. soft top is in pretty good shape - no rips or tears. No major body damage. Any thoughts? Not trying to rip anyone off or get every last penny, just want a fair price for both parties. Thank you!

KBB it and add 10%.

Start high and go from there. If you think its worh 12k, ask for 15k and work from there.

However, pics would help, mileage, rust problems etc.
