Well... there are a lot of good examples of "Off Road" listed here and I used to think along these lines when I thought about off road. However I'm starting to doubt my interpretation of the term because here where I live, after you've purchased your Silverado, JK or JKU and installed your essential off-road equipment like a 6" lift, 40 inch tires, lots and lots and lots of light bars, colored ring headlights, really really loud exhaust, Booming stereo, badlands winch, angry-eye hood, chrome custom grill, lots and lots of badass skull/dagger/lightning bolt/some heavy metal band stickers and your hanging nut-sack trailer hitch so you can go "Off-Road" driving around town and bimping slowly and carefully over the speed-bumps in the McDonalds parking lot. Oh well...something for everyone and we all want to get our kicks doing what we like. I'd just really like to have the cash that gets spent on geegaws and loudness so you look the part. I will admit though that we live at a disadvantage here in northern Indiana because although Mud is found here in abundance, beach, logging trails, rock crawling, desert trails etc are non-existent and our total altitude change from the lowest to the highest points in the state is a whooping 937 feet, all of which is gradual. I think I might order my own dangling scrotum trailer hitch and go join the crowd at McDonalds!!!
