I want to widen the back bonoss wheel spacers to make them stick out of the well the same as the front. Are they any downsides to using wheel spacers? I ones I want to use are 1/4". I have heard that they cause more stress on suspension components? Will I be fine running these or will they end up causing damage in the long run?

If you are going to use a wheel spacer like described (1/4”) I would recommend changing your rear wheel studs to 1/4” longer studs - and using a spacer that fits snug with good tolerance. Correctly torqued this won’t be an issue to run at all.
More offset does put a bit more stress on your steering/suspension but spacers put no more stress than offset rims.
Now you mention 3/4 spacers.. Are these bolt-on spacers or spacers that just fit over the existing lugs? Bolt-on spacers are ok but the ones that act as a spacer aren't a good idea as they do put a lot more stress on your lugs. I know they are common in the car world but they are often talking about 1/8 spacers.
