Which SYE kit would you recommend: regular or super short?

Agree with @Rob5589 suggestion. The JB Conversion SS SYE kit with a Tom Wood driveshaft or, for a bit less money, the Teraflex SS SYE and the Tom Wood driveshaft. I would also second the ideas that it is too much lift for a TJ. I’m not sure what you are doing, or what you are trying to accomplish, other than muddy terrain, and maybe you have something unique you are trying to accomplish. But unless you want to replace your axles with something like Dana 60’s, you need to stay at 35’s or they’ll just break.

Thanks JMT I'll check them out. I don't plan on staying away from 35s.
It’s not that 37’s can’t be done, by any means, just how you go about it. If you’ve got about $30K you can do it right, and maybe that’s your budget, who am I to say?!
