Who has used a Durango steering box and WJ power steering pump for hydro assist?

I am researching doing hydro assist. I have a ram from PSC. I have a 2005 so I am removing the Mercedes box. Wondering who has used a Durango box and/or a WJ power steering pump? What additional mods were made and what was your experience? Also, what year Durango box was used? Thank you for the input

Not sure if you're aware, but it's also worth mentioning that to replace a ZF box with a Saginaw style box, you'll need to cut out one of the mounting bolt holes from the frame and reweld it over an inch or so.

The durango box is a downgrade. Tear one apart and you'll see that it uses bushings rather than a tapered bearing since it was made for a vehicle with an IFS suspension. The box wouldnt last long with a solid front axle the TJ uses. Throw a hydro system on top of that and it would be an even shorter lifespan.
