Why are you on here?

Was a mid level hardcore rockcrawler for years before it was all about Ultra 4 buggies and rock bouncers. Spent almost 2 decades on Pirate4x4 learning and reading.

Got out of Jeeps and into RZR’s about 5 yrs ago. A year ago this September I almost died in a bad RZR wreck. I haven’t been able to make myself get in one since.

So I’m back in a Jeep. No more hardcore for me. Dirt roads and overlanding.

Didn’t wanna put up with the BS that is Pirate. So I searched for a new home.

This one seemed nice and is.

Although when I venture into the off topic area, I often ask myself why am I here?

Honestly, I don’t get in trouble here. I’ve gotten several warnings on the gun forums that I participate in and didn’t do doodly squat. Some of those folks get really riled up. You guys talk like regular guys, here there’s good natured ribbing but no personal insults that I’ve seen. You’all would make good cowboy action shooters cause that’s what we do. And don’t mind helping out the new guy. This is a good place to hang out.
