May be a stupid question but will off-roading with a hard top cause cracks from the body flexing? I’ve never had a hardtop before.

Definitely not the best spotting I've seen. Unfortunitly not the worst either...Those hand signals were mostly confusing.

Again, the hard top is the least of concerns.Depends on what you hit and how hard you hit it.
Since your jeep is on a frame it won't flex very much. Unless it is has the very common TJ Oxiframe, oxidized finish. Then it might flex....
