Does anyone have experience with a spray in bed liner on the inside of the cab, will it help cut down on heat and road noise?

There is alot of people that do it but please remember bed liner on a jeep is like herpes....
It wont make much of a difference, if it all. One of my YJ's is bedlined and the tub floor still gets hot at certain times.
Depending on usage, sound deadening and carpet is best. I don't know if I would sound deadening on a tub that was going to see lots of wet trails.

My PO bed lined my Jeeps interior. It does absolutely nothing for heat and noise. Neither does the cherry bomb exhaust.
I'd like to put heat and noise shield on the bottom exterior...most certainly around the transmission tunnel and maybe heat wrap the exhaust.
That or remove the bed liner with dry ice...not high on my priority list. Decent muffler first.

I'd buy a bed liner in liquid form and roll it on, here's why.
I found some rust on the floor in the back from getting mud inside. After removing everything and cleaning it up I started spraying Rustoleum truck bed liner in aerosol cans. What a nightmare, 4 of the 6 cans I bought clogged and stopped spraying. I bought another 6 cans and most of them clogged too, despite the usual ways of keeping aerosol paint cans from clogging like turning them upside down and spraying air out before setting it down. No help, 3/4 of them clogged and I barely got the floor covered but not well.

I pulled the carpet out of my jk and bedlined it. It will cook you even with the hardtop and ac on. Put the carpet back in. Now it’s back to Cadillac comfort.

It makes a rough surface look nicer but doesn't do anything for noise or insulation.
I did my floor pans after replacing them but that's it. Gave them a durable look.

Bedliner has basically no R value or noise insulation properties so no, it does absolutely nothing. Go with a vinyl or carpet floor kit and line the tub with sound deadening mat. The jute pad that comes with the carpet or vinyl kit will provide the thermal insulation.

Thanks..... I currently don't have a carpet in it and I'm just considering just putting real good rubber floor mats and calling it a day
That's my plan, I'm just making sure the floors are sealed and drains in place since rubber mats love hiding moisture
