Will these tires fit?

My coworker is willing to give me a set of tires for my daughters 2000 tj and I would like to know if they will fit or will they be too big. The tire size is 255/75 R17. The tj is bone stock and has the smaller 4cyl engine. Will this size be ok or will they rub. She only uses the jeep for her daily to and from school so no off road use.

The tires are equivalent to 32" and 10" wide. The stock wheel size is 15" with a 30" tire diameter so you'd be buying new wheels to start with unless they come with 17" wheels. If they do come with wheels they need to have a 5x4.5" lug pattern.
Would a 32"x10" tire fit a stock TJ with no tire rub, depends on the wheel backspace and may need a small body lift.

Those would be 32 inch tires. They would be to big for a stock TJ. They would also kill what power the Jeep has.
