Window hard to roll down

I have a 2001 TJ, I noticed that my window glass is getting stuck to the inner rubber and it is making it very hard to roll down. Any advice ? Also anyone know where to buy the replacement part for the inner seal?

Are you referring to the belt line weather strip or the channel weatherstrip?

I think mine is the rubber strip at the bottom of the glass inside and out.

Usually the window channel is what binds, silicone spray will help that. If you think it’s the belt weatherstrip try waxing the window to see if that helps. Do one at a time and you should be able to isolate the problem.

I waxed my glass so it won't drag on the seal.

That’s what I use on all window channels. To put it simply, it works.
