Windrock March 25-29

I’m off school all week from March 25th to April 3rd and trying to spend a couple days up at Windrock park. Dunno if anyone is interested in joining? Probably planning on camping, not if it’s shitty and raining.

Also planning to bring the mountain bike and do a day of riding with their shuttle service, most likely Sunday?

I’ll probably be staying through Tuesday since I’m off school, I know most people work during the week.

Just figured I’d throw the offer out to anyone interested. Probably looking at hitting a couple blues, a couple blacks. I’d like to cross off trail 16, and if conditions are decent five trail 15 an attempt.

Not sure of your Mt Bike abilities, but those are some serious downhill trails and way above my pay grade. Steep is an understatement. My buddy was quoted as saying "people ride this shit on purpose??". A few of my buddies who actually have that skill really love it though and say that there is not many places like it and go back as much as they can.

They are right up my alley. Been wanting to ride them for years.

Going to be checking out Coalmont OHV Park Saturday. The creek/river is still to high to get into Coppinger cove.

Great time actually! Not many pics because I was rolling solo. Crossed off a black and 3 double blacks, sliced a tire and froze my ass off camping. Got to do some mountain biking. All in all a great success.
