Wrangler Powertrain Diagnostics Procedures manual

I was digging through the FSM and came across a reference for a "Wrangler Powertrain Diagnostics Procedures Manual". It's supposed to be 300 some odd pages of factory supplied, specific trouble shooting tips and techniques for our TJ's drive train. Supposed to contain things like resistance readings and voltage readings, steps to locate and localize issues & etc. PDF and hard copy. Anyone seen this in person or have a copy? Know where to find the PDF version online? My google-foo turned up no results.

I've only been able to find them for the YJ.
