The fundamental problem is that your gas tank doesn't answer my questions because it is a different gas tank. Everything fell apart from there.
It doesn't do what I need it to do. Nothing more.
And this is why I know you are being entirely disingenuous with whatever it is you are doing right now.
I was asking a SIMPLE question. How it doesn't do what you need it to do I have no idea since you WON'T just answer the question.

Your tank is too big for my purposes. It is physically bigger than the tank I'm asking about. Take a look at that 14.34" dimension compared to yours. That is why I don't care about your tank.
Would SEEM to me that the area where IT MATTERS which is where the axle meets the tank that there is more room in the Comp 20 tank.
But you only asked about 2 measurements so who knows.

make you any shape, depth or width you want and probably not near 1500$. if you get bored take a peek. they also have/use the fuel pump rings that fits our pump assy's.
they are tank makers not fender sellers, not suspension peddlers, just tanks and if we could get into their head i bet they could have a better under body stretch tank and/or a better cell with baffle walls and a sump or trap. and be 1/2 the cost of GR.

I have your old one, Tox. I'll measure tonight after work, Josh.I'd measure mine, but I sold it a few years ago.
I don't think anyone is against Boyd Fab. The issue for me would be getting them the correct dimensions and you have to start somewhere. You can work off of existing dimensions and alter them, build a full scale mock-up, or just wing it. I'd rather start with something known and work from there.
If I were to go through the trouble of fabbing from scratch, I don't think I would put it in the stock location anyway.
I would and that gives me the opportunity to solve my current problems so I could get a rear AR through. Currently, the only place I can sneak the bar through is filled with tank roll-over valves and aluminum. It could easily be optimized if I started from scratch but with this tank as an example of what needs to change.
