This kind of reminds me of the perpetual number of politicians and bureaucrats that, notably, are always infringing on the 2A. They use our resources to battle us and worst case if they do something too egregious, they get some left wing high paying job if they're fired while getting all of their previous benefits.
I'm starting to think there needs to be a strike system, possibly 1 based off of a single term or something. Like 3 infringements and life in prison. It really needs to be something severe like that IMO of course they would just get a pardon, so I'm not sure the best method honestly. Maybe they're forced into story time with the Clintons or something.
