Replaced hub assemblies on my son's 2003 Sahara. Then, went to inspection station where he passed with flying colors!
Forget the AC; how about being able to read/write the Wrangler Jeep TJ Forum ??
I haven't heard from mechanic on my inspection yet. I'm starting to get worried. I told him to check out my axle u-joints and ball joints. Maybe that was a mistake.
Even though my TJ was born in Toledo in 1997' its registered out here as a 1999..... if it was registered as a 2000 then I'd only have to get it checked every year... not every 6 months

That's outrageous! no testing here in west Australia, if they brought in testing the roads would be empty.
On my way to pick up the TJ. Finally had time to have new gears inspected one last time, A/C line replaced, inner axle seals replaced, axle tube seals installed, ball joints installed, and torque on new control arms double checked. Ready for my wife to drive at JeepFest this weekend.
Woolwax undercoated (uggh!) & mounted the towbar! Ouray ready for next week!

Dropped the Jeep off to get a state inspection. Noticed one of my cheapo LED headlight high beams was blown out. I hope they don't notice because I'm waiting on my free replacement. Also, my multi-function switch to fix my driving lights won't be delivered until tomorrow. They work, they just turn on by themselves.
