As far as bolt attachments, does the bumper in question bolt to the factory sway bar mount holes? Is the bottom lip structured in a way as to contact the front crossmember?

UCF's bend radii look believable to be 6061. But it looks like the top deck doesn't go back as far, if that's a concern for you.
Yes, Genright's website has been wrong for years about the bumper being 6061-T6.
They have two. The more expensive mounts back further and to sway bar holes. The 2nd, 46 inch (one I was looking at) sits forward like @freedom_in_4low just posted. I don't know enough to know what I'm looking for with the bottom lip

Are you claiming to know otherwise? And what other design detail is UCF missing? Honest questions because fabricating a more than servicable stubby Jeep bumper isn't exactly rocket science.

Genright for sure is BS, at least one of the two UCFs is BS - you can tell by the various bends. If they weld on it they already compromise the treatment - so it may have been true until it wasn't anymore.
The other missing things include: a wraparound under the cross member to avoid peeling if you have to back off, a deeper deck, tying into the deeper holes (where the oem swaybar mounts).
Because the deck doesn't go as deep, where the winch plate mounts.
I already addressed this and gave everyone the power to make that determination.

The thing that many people fail to realize is we don't really give a fuck what people buy. However we do like for correct information to be out there and available. What people do with it from there doesn't really matter, aside from denying some basic science (like the bend radius of 6061T6 that maintains the properties we know to matter).
I won't be running this bumper until I can source the hardcore upgrade to protect the corners since I slam the shit out of my bumper sometimes.
