Nope. That's the transmission mount.
Generally water gains easy entry into the trans thru the shift tower but the TC case not so much, but no reason not to change the trans fluid now. How were the diff's.

I put SAE 10w30 in the transmission. How long should I run it before putting in new fluid?
Also, the water contaminated fluid was like pancake batter to clean up! I literally had to use a kitchen spatula to clean out my catch pans! Messy messy!

As i already said,you need to check everything. You bought a used vehicle of unknown servìce history and known lack of proper maintenance. Change every fluid,including brake fluid. And all filters. Brake,suspension and steering inspection.get to know your new jeep.
