Cost me 1500 and I supplied the gears, e lockers, and install kits. Would have been 1200 if it was Trutracs.
I let the installer supply the parts, that way there is no question about warranty, should the situation arise.

Thanks for the regear estimates. I was guessing it would be in the $1500-2000 range.
Buy some Gutter Leaf Filters and you will not have to climb up a ladder.
