Novak Conversions Jeep Wrangler TJ radiator

What did you do to your TJ today?

Finished installing an Alpine receiver. Great sound for 100 bucks and the faceplate comes off. It does BT, USB, phone, ... New Alpine speakers and Qtec sub.
Ripping my CD's to flash drives and so I'll be ready for Summer.

Take a look at my TJ, she's the only one I got. Not much of a TJ, we never seem to get along.

Loves me some Supertramp.

Calibrated my speedo today, much better than rough guessing on the fly. I kinda missed the easy to swap gear from before, but now that this is done I never have to buy anything else again. Unless the little box shits the bed, then I rebuy it.

What are you using for the cover on the qd?

It is the ARB snap on ring cover. I think it was like $4.00 through ARB’s website. On Amazon it was $15.00 probably the same in the end after paying for shipping but since I was ordering the coupler hose and other items I tossed it in the cart at check out.

Just Google ARB coupler dust cover and you’ll find them for under $4.00. It’s the shipping that rises the price north of $10.00

What method did you use to calibrate it? I need to do mine, 2006 6sp Rubicon. I’ve seen a few post about it but not sure how the parts work to calibrate it.

In case the question comes up, I went with "Dark Slate".

I went with Dark Slate for two reasons; one, that's what my build sheet says for interior color, and two, I have two-tone (black/charcoal) seat covers.

So even if it's slightly lighter than the original interior it's good with the colorway I already have.

So I had a Barnes Pritchett canyon front bumper with a winch guard. The guard was not tall enough to have a thimble fairlead from BMB. So with @mrblaine expert help the winch guard was cut off. I also purchased Savvy winch guard and light mounts. I used SD Powder Coating to powder coat everything since my rattle can job was so bad. It is all back together and looks soon much better. I'll post pictures from my phone, can't seem to post from my 2013 Mac Air...
