What did you do to your TJ today?

I've been slowly getting things cleaned up. Yesterday I installed fender flares to cover the tires, here on Maui they won't pass you on safety inspection if the tires stick out. The tires are 31-10.5-15. I am also getting ready to put some carpet back in, before I do that I want to put some dynamat on the floor to slow down the heat transfer. Last week I put the Bestop on, now I can see out!.
I've been running injector cleaner in the last two tanks of gas and it seems to have improved the warm start performance. It seemed to crank a lot before starting when it was fully warmed up. It has gotten better.
I'm waiting for a radiator, hopefully it comes soon.

What kind of injector cleaner do you use? My TJ has 189k on it. I’ve only had it about a month. It had a few long cranks to start it first thing in the morning a couple weeks back but I think it was shitty gas. I used some Seafoam at the next fill up and it has been good and now I only use Shell, Mobil, etc.. Haven’t had the problem since.

Stripped her naked!! First time since owning her. 85deg today!! Happy Easter all!!

... 5 Great Pyr’s (we breed them) ...
By far, some of the coolest dogs that I have seen. My buddy's GP's used to pick up and carry his toddler by his overalls when he would stray in the front yard towards the street! I couldn't believe it until I saw it happen. Also, that bow of theirs when they come across other Pyranese - it was like a soecial handshake they they would only do with other's of their kind.

I've been using Chevron Techron, Seafoam is also good. Also, I've been putting 89 octane ethanol free fuel in it too. I have not checked plugs, idle air control valve or anything else yet, I will be doing that stuff soon. It has been starting better after two tanks of ethanol free and Techron.
Had a real problem when I discovered the temperature sensor was damaged, it didn't like that at all. $25 sensor and a few minutes work fixed it.

I started mine up from winter storage today now that all the chlorides are washed off of the roads and used it to pull my boat to the shop.

I only use ethanol containing gasoline (since 2004) and have 0 issues with it in any vehicle that is fuel injected but I keep tanks completely full or bone dry when storing them over 3 months. Especially true for gas cans no matter if ethanol free or ethanol containing. Now for carbureted engines I take more precaution with storage and turnover of fuel. For my boat I use ethanol free but only because I bought it when old and the tank does not seal well.

Took the doors off....pretty sure it was the first time they have ever been off this Jeep. My tip for getting stubborn doors off....other than penetrating lube which is a given. Take a rubber mallet and beat on the side of the hinge where the split is. That is what finally broke mine free on both sides. I know some heat up the hinges with a heat gun. I was too lazy to dig my heat gun out...

Also installed a dome light on/off switch under the dash. I have one of the OEM look a like rocker switches for this, but cannot figure out the wiring since its a 3 prong switch with red/black/white pigtail. Red wire to right side of #4 fuse receptacle behind glove box, black wire to left side, white wire ????? Cannot get the little light to work on the switch when turned on (this is not a backlit switch).

Liking the doors off...at least around town. Its a bit much over 45mph though. Hate my doors off mirrors too... Thinking I eventually need some tube doors (like the Rugged Ridge) with mounting for stock mirrors...

Played with a new angle grinder and did surgery on my brush guard to make the fitment of it around my winch better. Now I can center it and my OCD can be at ease.

Went for a drive last night...it was a day only a topless doorless drive could fix lol.
Came across this Lambo and thought to myself...I'd love to drive one but its nowhere near as versatile at my TJ.(plus I can go over speed humps)

My first mod. I would put a skid plate for road bumps.
Maybe a winch for winter could be useful.
KO2 tires will look great with Cepek rims.
I doubt Quadratec, Rockauto or Amazon don't carry them aftermarket parts and so, it's not fun IMHO.
