What an idiot... she can't even get her complete give aways right. A $50K tax "deduction" would only be possible if your making roughly $225K of AGI... or more. A person making that much doesn't need a hand out.
What's she's trying to say is she wants a targeted "TAX CREDIT" for certain people (color, sexual orientation etc... anyone but white men) that isn't related to income... you wouldn't even need "income" to get it.
This is why we need a 2 rate flat tax system with NO DEDUCTIONS FOR ANY REASON.
