Pissed my skid plate is sitting in the UPS depot in Springfield. Tempted to go knock on the door.

It doesn't look long but it could totally take all day depending on the conditions. And there are a few side excursions we can check out if we're so inclined. We should expect downed trees for sure!

I got antsy about tomorrow and the wife told me to get out of the house so she could study in peace, so I decided to do a little afternoon scouting trip. Nothing serious, no airing down, just a little sneak peak at the conditions.

No snow at all until 4500ft. Slowly increased to maybe 4-5 inches, then at a little over 5300ft I came to a drift and got stuck. Aired down a bit, shoveled, no good. Pulled cable, fought through it, got turned around, and got stuck again on the way back! Lmao good times, tomorrow will be awesome!

Not quite! I figured I was stuck with the initial slip and left it. Later I thought I might be able to drive it out, so I tried. Only made it worse lol.
