What plugs into this wiring harness

2005 X. Purchased recently from auction. Been working on it slowly. Found this random wiring harness and I’m not sure what it’s for or where it goes. Not sure if it’s stock or possibly something a previous owner added. My 2002 sport does not have this. Near the front by the horn and radiator on driver side. I appreciate any help.

First guess would be fog light harness.

If you want to dig through the connector locations, the FSM is available under Resources and it has pics of the connector locations on the Jeep.

Could also be the temperature sensor connector for the optional Gentex mirror.

Fog light connector is underneath and I’ve got it. But thanks.

We were thinking it might be an ambient temperature sensor.

If so, it would reach down into the grill near the bottom on either side where the tabs with a hole in them reside.

What are the wire colours? That could help find out for sure.

Pretty sure that is the ambient temp sensor since it has the push pin to mount it to the core support.
