I checked out the link... "Heating is not drying." I guess that's true... but they're going to have to do better than that to get me to shell out more than the $20 my dry box cost me:

A couple of homemade desiccant bags are keeping things drier than Melissa Ethridge at a Limp Bizkit concert in there. The two bumps are from opening the box for a few minutes. I'll add two more rolls today or tomorrow and see what that does to the %.

I have started to get into printing with PA6 and some other higher temp filaments, and they call for drying temps above the 70 degree my current dryer can do. If the AMS with a built in dryer can get to 100c for drying AND print while it is running the dryer it would be a big deal. Right now the only dedicated dryer that can do that is the Sunlu FilaDryer E2 and it is $350.00. If Bambu can get it under $500 for the AMS I will be interested. It is a big ask, but honestly so was the X1C when it came out. They have a pretty good track record for changing the 3D printing world with new devices.

That's great. Done any CF-reinforced stuff?

I'm printing something now and added pauses to insert magnets in the print. I've known it was possible for awhile, but I've never tried it. (mind blown emoji goes here)

I use a lot of PLA-CF just for the amazing finish, but my favorite right now is the Bambu ABS-GF. It prints so well and looks amazing.

I tried to do the imbedded magnet thing once, but I forgot I have the hardened nozzle installed and the magnet jumped up and stuck to the nozzle then ripped the print off the bed. Made quite the mess. I think a brass nozzle would work best for that.

I read about something like that happening. I have a SS nozzle and it's non-magnetic... but the A1 has magnets in the hot end for quick nozzle changes, so when the print paused, I shot some hot glue into the cavity before sticking the magnet in there just in case. I just pulled the finished print off the bed. Doing this stuff at home is so cool.

I was trying to print a larger flat part with regular ABS and just could not get it to stop warping. Ordered some of the ABS-GF because I had seen a guy on Youtube recommend it, and it went down flawlessly and looks amazing. It has turned into my go-to for anything that needs some heat resistance.

When printing with straight ABS, I've found bumping up the preset bed temperature helps reduce/cure many warp issues.

I am kidding, of course, unless you want a divorce. That said, if you have space in your garage or shop, you can probably pick up a used compact (efficiency apartment size) oven on the cheap locally and add it to your shop tools. As a an added bonus, if you decide to dabble in Cerakoting, you'll have an oven ready for curing.

WTF is happening...

That's what I printed yesterday, since most of my oil changes are coming up next month. My own take on the Michael Pro system. One for my F150, and one for the TJ. The funnel is in red, and the bottom adapter tube is in "transparent," both PETG. Transparent is about as see-through as a nun's habit.

For the F150, my dumb ass mounted the winch solenoid box on the side of the battery so I can barely fit a regular funnel into the fill hole. So I've got a small angled piece at the bottom that threads in first.
