I like the LJ concept but I am sure they would not produce that exact style. A new LJ would be pretty cool....only if it had the hemi in it.

Unless it has 4-doors, they won't produce it.

They know their audience.

It’s like they want to kill the jeep brand. I would like to meet the design team that looked at this and thought, yea people will think this is awesome.

I never heard them say anything about it never existing before. They are pretty knowledgeable on jeeps, I met them in Moab at baby lions back and they asked all kinds of informed questions about mine.

In our current world we live in there's no way the Comanche name could be reused so I'm guessing Jeep came up with Honcho as the potential replacement.

It's definitely a wheelin' event. It has become so popular that marketers take advantage of the attendance and participate in droves - but I don't think that takes away from the original purpose of the event. If you desire, you can wheel all week, and never once be pounced on by a marketer.

I've attended several, and enjoyed them all. I recommend that it's worth doing at least once - especially if you have never been to Moab before. It is absolutely a great way to get introduced to wheelin' in Moab. And there is nothing like seeing four or five thousand Jeeps rolling around town during that week.
