Just thought this was funny. It's a list of forum members with the most ignores (other people ignoring them).

I've often wondered what it is that prompts someone to hit the ol' "Ignore" button. I guess sometimes people just rub someone the wrong way. Maybe it's their politics? Sarcasm? Opinions? Delivery of said opinions? I've only ever ignored one (well respected) member of this forum, and it was only briefly. Then I realized that it wasn't their problem, it was actually mine. By ignoring them, I was allowing one aspect of their presence that I didn't care for to negate all the positive contributions that they made to this site. I was thereby eliminating them as a resource of knowledge and experience that I really couldn't afford to lose. I effectively was doing myself a disservice. So, I removed the "Ignore", and later came to find that there was plenty that I actually genuinely liked about the individual. Who knew? Well, not the 10 people who have me on their "Ignore" list, that's for sure!

The fact that the most knowledgeable member on here that I know of has the most ignores speaks volumes as to what kind of society we're living in.

I've gone back and forth on the ignore button (but never Squatch). I have a couple on ignore that just tend to post unrelated stuff, all the time.
I am glad we got that worked out with properly apportioning blame in the end. Friend.
