Need replacement hinges: Used, OE with countersunk or stainless button head hex drive?

I’ve always liked the look of the OEM style hinges that use the countersunk Torx but the options are quite limited.

I need to replace my door, windshield and tailgate hinges before we paint. (Windshield hinge rusted internally, tailgate hinge is damaged after having to drill out a stuck torx .

For the windshield, it seems that all of the stainless options use the button head cap screws and no door bushing whereas only the crown (painted steel) uses the countersunk Torx with a brass bushing.

Door / tub hinges are equally limited.

For the tailgate there’s lots of aftermarket options but not many following the OE style. I’m running 31s right now, will either stick with them or go with a 30 in the future so spare weight is less of an issue.

It seems risky to buy a 25+ old tailgate or windshield hinge and expect it to last another 15-20 years.

I didn't find any when I refinished my half doors and ended up stripping and painting them and replacing the brass bushings with Delrin (Kentrol I think?). I used emory cloth to clean up the pins and got new hardware from McMaster.

Use a countersink drill bit to correct a new set.

I've got a set of OEM tailgate hinges w/hardware taking up space in my garage. You're welcome to them for the cost of shipping. I would clean up the slight surface rust on the back for you prior to shipping, but you would need to paint them to match.
