Unfortunately I’m booked up. Beasley 8/29 and Windrock 9/11-13.

Could I still play if I didn't have a Jeep?
I drive very little, like 6500 miles per year.
And that's split between 3 different vehicles.
I've been thinking that maybe I should consolidate down to a single vehicle simply because my vehicles just sit most of the time.
I've narrowed it down to a Colorado ZR2 as it has front and rear lockers and air conditioned seats (my wife's car has them and they are terrific. I have been Jonesing for them since we got her car).
The only other midsize truck that offers ventilated seats is the Tacoma and I do not like the new Tacoma.
It looks like a Colorado that was left in the microwave too long.
So, could I still play?

I was going to install my front camera in my Jeep today, but then I stepped outside...
Ran a trail a few weeks ago and there was a Tesla truck! Kinda wondered how it handled the water crossings… bring what cha got!

Have you considered adding ventilated seats to something else? I think Katzkin has a line, and although not cheap, may open up your options.
I have a 2500HD ZR2, and the Multimatic spools are amazing in that. Like every light duty pickup truck other than the Gladiator, you'll be locked into IFS and full fenders though. There is also a huge difference in aftermarket support.
From my experience with the 2500, I'd guess you'll really like the ZR2 on road and basic fire roads. Just know even with sinking some real money into it, it'll still get whupped in the rough stuff by a mildly built JT.
A JT is not a consideration.
After my brand new 2017 Fiat Jeep I swore I'd never have another new one.

So is the Coalmont trip going to be a one day trip?
I see they offer camping like Stony Lonesome has, though it appears to be tents or RVs only.
