It's funny to me that 7/10 had "inclusiveness" as a reason for poor quality of life.
Yeah, childcare and air quality are more important to me than reproductive rights, sorry not sorry.

- I'm guessing there's a mental health issue at work there, so while it's difficult to understand how someone would end up in the kybo, poor mental health can drive a person to do some pretty bizarre stuff.
- I'm interested to hear from the firefighters on the forum about the conduct of those firefighters. It seems to me that they were very standoffish and lacked empathy. Instead of putting on a hazmat suit, getting in there, and cutting the feller out, they stood there for a long time and argued with him to get him to come out on his own. It's not like that plastic tank is an impenetrable fortress. In less than half the time they spent arguing, they could have cut the top of the tank completely off. Maybe the guy was so argumentative/out of his mind that getting him to sit still while doing that much cutting was a risk? Not being there, and not being in that line of work, I wonder if what the firefighters did is considered normal/proper conduct?
Interesting consideration. His english and accent seemed like a native to me, but maybe I'm misremembering (don't have time right now to re-watch it.)My understanding was he's illegal, I think they approached it from the point he was hiding in there and didn't want to come out. Maybe.

Swim in chemicals and human feces or get deported...rough decision.
I guess that depends on where they're going to send you. I think I'd take my chances with Mexico before poo soup. At least with Mexico I could get some good food and make my way back. There's no real coming back from a poo soup swim.
That said, considering what some will do to get here may well give you some gauge as to the absolute shithole they came from. In this case, he went from shithole to shithole and will likely still be deported (assuming he is an illegal).
Thankfully, he was wearing his PPE...so all good...![]()

On the other hand, low-ranked cities like Oklahoma City continue to struggle with higher obesity, lower activity levels, food insecurity and fewer opportunities to integrate movement into daily life, ACSM said.
Empathy is one thing, but if the person intentionally placed themselves in that position, they are risking our safety for there own idiotic actions.
If he got in there, he most likely can get out.
