My daughter played on a feeder team for the high school from 4th grade on, so those girls were good.

A cook usually goes to school to learn the skills to be a cook. A senator's job is to represent their constituents & make decisions beneficial to their interests. There isn't a school for that. I would guess Senator Graham's sister has similar knowledge of the constituents, and so is probably as qualified to represent them and make beneficial decisions.
