Currie Currectlync install issue

I am installing the currie currectlync for my ‘06 LJ. I currently already have the currie 4in lift plus the Anti-Rock. The issue I’m running into is that the new set-up is hitting my anti-rock joint and does not allow me to lock out my steering wheel yo the right. Has anyone ran into this issue or have any solutions?

First photo is the parts making contact. The second photo is the drivers side steering knuckle showing how much room is left before the bolt makes contact with the stop

Switch the sway bar link to the other side of the axle mount

I tried that and it allows more range of motion, but still make contact with the sway bar before full lockout.

Also i’m pretty sure the anti-rock is supposed to stay on the inside (not sure if changing it effects performance, if not someone let me know).

Reading online i see a lot of people with the same issue cut off the brackets and get higher mounts fabbed and re welded. If its a hardware issue and not an installation error, ill probably go that route

It seems Mr Blaine has already come up with a solution (of course) and has the brackets for sale on his Black Magic Brakes. I'll be ordering these and get them welded on

Can you post a link to the brackets? I've got an Antirock installed and I've got a Currectlync ready to install, but I've never heard of this issue. I'd like to get ahead of it if I can.
 
This is odd. I have a Currie 4" suspension lift, Antirock installed like yours is, and a Currie Currectlync steering kit installed and there's no problem with clearance there.

Yeah, I was surprised because I never saw you nor Chris mention having issues. I had this problem before with the stock set up too and I was hoping the Currectlync would fix it on mine, but it didn't I guess.

On a side note Jerry, correct me if i'm wrong, but the Anti-rock rods are supposed to some on the inside of the bracket like shown above right? Do you know if it would cause issues switching it to the outside of the bracket?
 
I'd find the root of the problem and keep the Antirocks installed as Currie designed them, like yours are now. Is your caster angle where it should be? Do your axles still have OE steering knuckles installed? Is the tie rod bolted on underneath the knuckles on both sides as mine are below?

This is my setup and you can see the Currectlync passes neatly under the Antirock link's mount.

Here are better pictures, though with the temporary anti-rock adjustment. According to my last alignment testing, my caster angle is approximately 4.0-4.2 degrees.

It's just not making any sense. Can we see a good photo of the Pitman arm from the side? Does your steering have equal and full range of motion left and right? Your drag link seems to have pulled the tie rod up higher than I remember seeing.

Something is definitely up there. Never seen anything like this before, and my TJ had the Antirock and the Currectlync.

It's as if your axle is tilted too far forward or something.

This genuinely doesn't make any sense.
 
the whole assembly does look a couple inches too high, my stock link in the first photo and currectlyn in the second one are both about an inch under the sway bar bracket. The stock pitman arm shouldn't affect that and if there's a drop pitman arm in there wouldn't that even lower the drag link & not raise it? It's almost like the pitman arm is upside down lifting everything higher, if that's even possible

This is so weird. Something is obviously wrong, but I don't see anything wrong.
 
Is your axle centered laterally via the adjustable track bar? It's not pulled over too far to the drivers side?
 
I'm mostly mulling around what could have caused the drag link to have been adjusted so short that it's pulling the tie rod up higher than I think it should be.

Your steering wheel is centered and you have equal steering wheel turns when turning full-right vs. full-left? You have no spring spacers on top of your 4" Currie suspension lift?
 
Not sure if it helps or not, but you have the left side link correct, but the right side bottom mount link is on the outside of the bracket and should be on the inside, unless you switched it to try to get more clearance
