The 55241/55239 combo are too long for a spacer lift. They really need a solid 2.5" of lift to work within their travel. Measure your spring, including the spacer, and see where you are at. Do not include the rubber spring isolator. 12" front and 8" rear is stock. Anything over is the actual lift.15 shock mount to shock mount mines bump to perch
New factory rear spring and just a 2 inch spacer up front

So you have 1.5" in front and .5" in rear. The 0 lift shocks will be the ones you want, 55128/55240.13.5 front and 8.5 in the rear

They are way too long. Pull em and replace them with the proper length shock. Shocks need to run close to the middle of their travel for best ride performance. There is no way for those to get anywhere close to that. Plus they will get destroyed when bottomed out due to the excessive length.I have no spacer in the rear. They are mounted and by my measurements will hit the bump stops before the shock bottoms out

@Rob5589 is right. Do that OR get some 2.5” OME springs and you will be set for those shocks. There are probably some for sale on Jeep Forum or on this site. The latter is much more, shall we say, fulfilling. Just take the plunge. You know you want too.I have no spacer in the rear. They are mounted and by my measurements will hit the bump stops before the shock bottoms out

Playing with my switch panel. I need to get it installed sometime, added to my list of parts. I got the 3D printed one and sanded down the glossy textured finish and put on a lot of layers of paint.

Replaced both steering shafts. Now my steering is tight. And everything from the steering wheel to tires are new.

If you don't mind me asking, where did you get the parts? I have to do the same thing to mine......
IT won’t take long to unspool and do it properly. I’m sure you’ve figured out by now why it’s necessary to spool it under load.
You wouldn’t want any slip if you were pulling something. No I have not actually. What’s the reason?
