Just bought this Jeep, I took the top off and then put it back on however I am not able to get the rear window zippers close enough to mend with the side window zipper- 2 inch gap. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Getting a soft top all put together is almost always entirely reliant on putting stuff together in the right order.

For your case, you probably want to put the bottom flaps that seal to the body of your Jeep on last. This will give you a lot more flexibility to get zippers together. It's usually easiest to do those bottom flaps last since you can use your body weight to push down and the leverage of the plastic pieces will snap it into place.

Heat and order of operations are key.

Run the heater for 20 minutes... work both sides - interior and exterior zippers during the corner zip...

Also unlatch the front and untuck the rear flaps.. give yourself some slack.

Heat is crucial here. Turn on the heat and leave it on for a good half hour. Additionally if you can get into a heated garage that helps too. What are the temps while trying to close this up?

Do everything mentioned above by the members
and also
Loosen the frame to get some slack to work with to get everything zipped. When you get the top zipped together then push the frame back up in place to tighten everything up.
