Another question about SYE DC and TB brackets

I know the SYE thing has been beat to death, but I just can't find the answer I am looking for....
I am about to install an SYE kit and get my upper control arms to roll the pinon up to the correct angle. I purchased a TB relocation bracket to fix the angle and then it hit me... I got a new-to-me set of axles with 4.10's and TrueTrac that had the rear track bar bracket broken off. When the bracket was replaced it was done with a really nice strong aftermarket bracket that supports the upper control arm and TB. (See pic) This bracket will not accept the new angled bracket I purchased and I am not able to find one that will. I took it to a friend of mine that fabricates for Genright and he swears I will not need the angle bracket with my rear adjustable TB. Is this true? Are there any other angled brackets available that will work with this aftermarket TB bracket?

Here’s the link to a stock rear track bar mount that will work with your angle tb bracket.

To my knowledge(I’m no fabricator) you will need a angled track bar mount along with adjustable rear trac bar to work with the Sye. A cv driveshaft needs a angled trac bar bracket.

I think you need to remove that trac bar/control arm mount and weld the Rust Auto tb mount then weld on angled trac bar bracket. Unless you can find a way to fabricate oem like trac bar mount? that will work with angled trac bar mount you purchased.

I have a 4" lift and the bracket/mount that is pictured is what I already have welded on the diff (I will snap a pic of it installed when I get home tonight). I ended up returning the angled bracket BC I know it will not work with my aftermarket mount.

Once you rotate your axle to get the pinion angle correct, you will probably have clearance issues between your track bar and gas tank if you don't use an angled bracket.

I have a 4" lift and the bracket/mount that is pictured is what I already have welded on the diff (I will snap a pic of it installed when I get home tonight). I ended up returning the angled bracket BC I know it will not work with my aftermarket mount.

This is what I expected as well but my buddy from Genright says it rarely is a problem. My concern is that even if I don't have interference with the tank and TB (without the angled bracket) will the TB bind because the ends are no longer parallel?

I don't think so... I didn't have any binding issues, just clearance issues

Yeah, I am really trying to keep the control arm/TB mount I have. I would hate to cut it off and weld on another right after I just got this put on.

Wondering if it’s possible to cut off the upper two holes for the trac bar mount you have in order to install a angled trac bar bracket. Again I’m no fabricator so idk if it can work. Just tossing ideas.

Yeah, I am going to see how everything lines up with the current mount and SYE kit then go from there. I have a feeling some custom fab work is in my near future. Can anyone tell me, for sure, if I do have the TB clearance without an angle mounting bracket will it cause problems if the axle mount is not parallel to the body mount? (I am no suspension expert but it seems like the TB would bind.)

Do you have adjustable rear upper control arms ? If not you would be needed them as well to correct the pinion angle.

The arms are OTW. I will put them on when I do the SYE
