G105 ground location?

Seriously, not meant as a joke. I forget how many codes related to O2 sensors I had before I replaced the CATs. All the codes went away.
Google the codes I stated bud. I understand what you’re saying but you’re not looking at the codes My computer is throwing and just giving your garbage 2 cent which is irrelevant lol tired of it. Thanks though.

@Leahatrill have you messed with that linkage at all?

In the picture, red arrow points at a bolt. That bolt fixates link inside of the bracket that is connected to the transfer case lever. When we engage 4H(raise the lever), link moves in the direction indicated by green arrows.
What i am assuming is that your link has shifted inside of that bracket, because bolt (pointed by red arrow) came lose or what ever, and the reason why you cant engage 4L is because instead of being in 2H you are actually in 4H.
Thus, when lever is in N position, transfer case is in 4L.

In the previous thread she did stated that cats are roughly new.
Seems very unlikely that it is cats...but in the same time, with as much "unlikely" shit we been through with our Jeeps, and THE problem was indeed that "unlikely" shit.. i will not be surprised if it is cats... But who the ef want to pull the cats just to satisfy the curiosity?! Lets hope it is not.

Its a Jeep thing, we all have through the "believe it or not" shenanigans sooner or later.

Men can even understand! ELECTRICAL! NOT PARTS. Electrical. Complicated. You can’t buy a part to fix this. You figure it out yourself entirely through examining with a multimeter ! Who does that? What man knows how to do that here in this forum—- come forth!!! Those are the ones I want to follow like a puppy and love!

I understand your frustration, and you understand that this is internet, a place with 99% random unrelated shit and 1% of solutions.

Multimiter is a good rout, i am with you. So, if you don't get any good solutions on your inquiry about engine harness, grab a manual and start going through the wires. Best way to ask about this is to take a screen shot of the page from the manual, point your finger at what you don't understand and directly ask about it.

There are people here with tons of knowledge about electrical, who can look at diagram and tell you what is what, they can help you with this, you just have to properly ask. Everyone's comprehension is different. You will type one thing, and people to grasp it in 10 different ways. And then there are those, who just like to type just to type.

Print these two pictures. Study them. Try to find out what components and or connections all four oxygen sensors share.

The two things that jump out at me are G105 and the PCM. Check the G105 on the right side of your engine block. Remove and clean them well.

I looked at g105 very closely today — it’s a little oily ? Would that prevent from proper circuit?
Unfortunately a visual inspection won’t work in this case. Remove the nut and clean all the ring terminals on both sides with a small wire brush. Make sure the stud is tight also.
BTW, can you post a picture of your engine compartment standing from the right side. Try to focus on the wiring harness at the rear of the valve cover. @Chris this thread has gotten off topic, can you move this to the appropriate place? Thanks.

You’ll figure it out. You just need a flowchart, which we are creating in this thread.

There was a thread here not too long ago, guy was chasing some electeical gremlins and came to a conclusion that oil leak was causing issues with ground.
I'm on the phone, so can't reference much, but search for electrical gremlins/pcm/ground and his thread should come up.

Also, I just noticed that CodeaMan started breaking it down to you, that's good.

There is someone on here who stated what the voltage should be in O2 sensors, would be good to find out what should multimeter read on wires going from sensor to PCM

Also, some good info in here related to electeical, but this is about 4L not engaging . Make a thered for this matter and stick with it.
After multiple threads that you made, and mix of inforation in them, it is a bit difficult to follow your progression
