Rear wheels move in and out

My Jeep has had a wobble in the rear for a little while now. So I’ve replaced my U-joints and rotated my tires thinking it would help. Wobble is still there but I noticed my rear wheels move in and out? Is this normal or what could be the problem?

It's possible that you have a really worn track bar bushing that is causing the axle to shift side-to-side (laterally).

Does the entire rear end move side to side or do the wheels move in and out separately?

How far do they move? A c-clip axle as some end play like that - enough to feel by hand, but not much

I feels like a lot more than it should but maybe I’m just over thinking it. I’ll post a video tomorrow.

They'll move in and out which is normal. It feels like it is more than it truly is. If it was more than it should, the wheel/axle would come off.
