I'm not taking it the wrong way, no problem. My tub damage didn't happen until I regularly started carrying the kitchen and related weight on the drivers side, and I've been driving this Jeep on trails for 9 years, all of which time I had the Exogate installed. I average 250 or more trail miles per year with this Jeep and every year there are a few hard slams down on ledges but until the extra weight of the kitchen there was no tub damage on either side. Over the years I've carried a lot of things on the Exogate, I've posted about some of the Exogate accessories I've designed, built and used, and no damage from those either. I think 9 years under the conditions I've used this Jeep is a pretty good long term test .Don't take it the wrong way, I really like the design. I really just wonder long term how the tub is going to hold up with the extra weight. I know it took a long time for the slider designs to really get ironed out and part of me thinks this could be a similar situation where there are long term issues that "might" pop up. Nothing wrong with looking at the big picture or the long term right?
