What U-Joints for 2006 Rubicon Front Driveshaft?

For JUST daily use the greasable U joints are more than sufficient, but IF you are going to go off roading in rivers, very dusty or muddy areas; then the sealed U joints would be the way to go...
The sealed units have double seals where the greasables only have one; unless the design has changed since I replaced one last ....

After adding all the little bits together it was half the price of a complete Adam's driveshaft so I'm going that route. I already have the matching rear Adam's shaft.

Have you considered Tow Woods driveshafts.
I purchased the HD version for my 98 XJ 4.0L and they have worked flawlessly for 10+ years.
He provides great service at a great price for a great quality product.

I did, I'm happy with the Adam's I already have so I just went with a matched set. I have no preference one over the other. I spoke with Adam's to confirm the length I needed and picked it up from Amazon.

Another way to think about greaseable vs non-greaseable is why do most u-joints fail? 99% of u-joint failure is caused by a lack of u-joint lubrication, like in OP case. All sealed u-joints will fail at some point do the lack of lubrication. Where a greaseable u-joint has the potential to last for ever if lubricate correctly. U-joint center failure is usually caused by the users application exceeding the design u-joint deflection or at near limit deflection and high torque loads like found at the knuckles.
